Il progetto
La mobilità all’estero per motivi di studio e lavoro non è mai stata importante come oggi perché non solo sviluppano le competenze professionali in ambito internazionale, ma rafforza anche le cosiddette 8 Competenze Chiave, altamente ricercate dal mondo del lavoro e non facili da sviluppare solo attraverso percorsi di formazione tradizionale, né restando entro i propri limiti nazionali.
Obiettivo
L’obiettivo del Consorzio è quello di supportare i giovani calabresi a prendere parte a queste iniziative comunitarie non replicabili dopo una certa età anagrafica.
Staff Docente
Con la stessa finalità, il Consorzio si prodiga ad offrire opportunità di mobilità professionale anche per lo staff docente presso Università estere.
Durata
Il nuovo Consorzio avrà la durata di sette anni (2021/2027). Le borse di mobilità saranno suddivise tra gli Atenei partner e saranno destinate a docenti, staff e studenti (anche neo-laureati entro un anno).
Il Consorzio vede la partecipazione attiva di 5 Università partner, che collaborano alla definizione di percorsi formativi in mobilità individuando i fabbisogni tecnico-professionali, dei quali la regione Calabria necessita, ed in linea con il percorsi di studio e d’insegnamento dei candidati alle borse di mobilità. La composizione del partenariato è la seguente: UNIVERSITà DEGLI STUDI MEDITERRANEA DI REGGIO CALABRIA, Accademia di Belle Arti di Catanzaro, UNIVERSITÀ DELLA CALABRIA, UNIVERSITA DEGLI STUDI MAGNA GRAECIA DI CATANZARO, UNIVERSITA DEGLI STUDI DI MESSINA.

The Project
The Consortium will last seven years (2021/27). The mobility grants will be divided among the partner universities and will be intended for teachers, staff and students (including new graduates within one year). Mobility for study and work has never been more relevant. It not only improves professional skills in the international area, but also strengthens the so-called eight key competences, particularlyessential by the market of work and not easy to develop only through training traditional, or remaining within national boundaries. The objective of the Consortium is to support young people from Calabria to take part in theEuropean community initiatives which cannot be doneafter a certain chronological age. With the same purpose, the consortium wants to provide opportunities for professionals mobility like teaching staff at foreign universities. The Consortium can count on the active participation of universities, public and private institutions that cooperate in the process of setting of the training in mobility,recognizing the technical and professional needsin line with the curricula and trainings of candidates . The duration of the Consortium will be of three years, for an annual total of about 80 scholarships per year, to be divided among the participating universities for staff and students (and recently graduates within one year). The Consortium sees the active participation of 5 partner universities, which collaborate in the definition of training courses in mobility by identifying the technical-professional needs, which the Calabria region needs, and in line with the study and teaching paths of candidates for mobility grants.
